For this reason, we strive to process your personal data in accordance with the principles set out in the applicable data protection legislation in Romania, including the European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing on the personal data and on the free movement of these data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (“GDPR”).

What data do we process and for what purpose?

If you are a client or potential customer

We process the following categories of data as a result of interacting with us:

If you have an account on the Website: name and email address. Creating an account on the Website is not conditional upon sending an order. However, creating an account allows placing an order through the Website. To access your account, you will have to set a password. Please make sure to keep your password secret, as well as any other information related to your account.

Your data will be stored to register and operate the account created on our page with the purpose to give you the opportunity to place orders/participate in conferences/participate in contests.

All reports initiated through the Website between Irina Toma and each client for or after placing an order will be made in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions published on the Website, if applicable.

If you choose to become a member of the programs offered by Irina Toma (“Member”) – when you enroll in the program we process: your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, date of birth, and other personal data that you can provide directly to us. Telling us your birthday is optional and we will only use it to offer discounts on services marketed through the Members’ Website on their birthday.

If you participate in contests or raffles – the data we process is your name, email address, your phone number, and your address (in the latter case, only if applicable – for example, to deliver the prizes).

If you want to sign up for our contests and/or raffles that we organize, you will have to fill out a form to provide us with the information mentioned above.

If you want to place an order or contact us using your Facebook, Instagram or Google account, Irina Toma will process the public profile data displayed by those applications: username, email address and/or phone number. These data will be used outside of that platform only to the extent you have requested it, with the purpose to provide you with an offer or the necessary information to sign a contract between Irina Toma and you.

On this occasion, you will receive a Member ID number that we recommend you to mention whenever you purchase products from us, so that you accumulate points or, as the case may be, to benefit of discounts.

We hereby endorse your agreement to provide us with this data to be a member of the Irina Toma Programs with the purpose to benefit from the facilities mentioned above.

In all cases, the data is provided either by you or by the customer.

2.2. The purposes and reasons for processing your personal data are:

Irina Toma will process the following data categories in the context of our relationship with you: your name, e-mail address, phone, address, personal data included in your Resume or Curriculum Vitae, details of education and training, professional qualifications, as well as other personal data that you can provide us directly.

We use the personal data from the Resume or Curriculum Vitae that we receive to assess the qualifications of applicants for a position within Irina Toma business. We base this case to carry out the steps towards signing and executing a contract.

 

For how long do we store/process your data?

As a matter of principle, Irina Toma will process your personal data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above.

If you are a customer, we will process your data for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently according to the legal requirements of Irina Toma (for example, in the case of financial accounting documents, for which the statutory retention period is 10 years from the date of the fiscal year in which they were drawn up).

If you are a customer and exercise your opt-out option by sending an email to unsubscribe@irinatoma.com, Irina Toma will take this action as your option to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications through which we keep you up to date on the products and services offered by Irina Toma. However, we want to inform you that unsubscribing from commercial communications will not automatically erase your personal data. If you applied for a job, once the position has been occupied, we destroy all Resumes and CVs received within a maximum 45 days after the employment.

the right of access to data, i.e., the right to obtain confirmation from Irina Toma regarding the processing of personal data, as well as details of the processing activities such as the way the data is processed, the purpose of the processing, the recipients or the categories of data recipients, etc.;

the right to rectification, respectively the right to obtain Irina Toma’s correction, without undue delay, of inaccurate or unjustified personal data and the completion of incomplete data; The rectification/completion shall be communicated to each recipient to whom the data was transmitted unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts.

the right to delete the data without undue delay (‘the right to be forgotten’) if one of the following applies:

they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;

if the consent is withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for processing;

when the data subject opposes processing, and there are no legitimate reasons to prevail;

if personal data has been processed illegally;

if personal data has to be deleted for compliance with a legal obligation;

personal data has been collected to provide information society services in accordance with European Union legislation or national law under which the operator is located.
